What People Say

We Do Hebrew's family

Adam Harzuf - Teacher & Content Producer

Born 1981, Haifa, Israel. A Hebrew teacher, musician, and sound engineer. "I have been teaching Hebrew as a foreign language since 2016 and had hundreds of students as individuals and groups. Moving to Berlin and learning German myself in different ways granted me insights into how I could synthesize something that is both very effective, but also fresh, fun, and humorous. I studied “Open-Experiential” education in Jerusalem (2012). Which prefers experiencing rather than textbook methods. “Open” means the system re-examines and re-adapts itself frequently, letting go and leaving dogmas behind. I'm always excited to discover something new."

Pini Harzuf - Advisor & Support

Born 1953, Haifa, Israel. A language enthusiast by heart and a mechanical engineer by trade. “I was born several years after the establishment of the State of Israel, at a time when Hebrew was still young and exciting. Ever since elementary school, where I studied Hebrew grammar, I loved the Hebrew language and tried to speak it correctly. The people around me will testify that I still insist to do so. I'm excited about interesting, unique expressions and linguistic phenomena. Furthermore, I see language as both art and play. I am happy to pass on and preserve the qualities of our beautiful language."
